Agricultural Science Trip 

Our 5th and 6th year agricultural science students went on a trip recently to Pat O Brien's farm in New Inn Co. Tipperary. The purpose of the trip was to see commercial grade potato production as part of their leaving cert project research. The students were brought through the process of sowing, cultivation practices, harvesting and storage of several varieties of potatoes.This was a very enjoyable and educational trip and the sun shone down on us. Many thanks to Pat O Brien for his patience and knowledge.
