Scoil Pól are delighted to have 4 seats at the table. The goal for the day is simple: Childline want to listen to our young people. By talking directly with young people, like the Scoil Pól representatives Childline are committed to shaping a Childline that makes an impact on the youth of today. Dear Parent/Guardian

RSE (Relationships and Sexuality) is a key component of the SPHE/Wellbeing programmes.

This academic school year Senior Cycle students will receive 6 classes of RSE from September 25th. Junior Cycle students will receive 6 classes of RSE from January 15th.

Parents/Guardians are acknowledged as the primary educators of their children. Scoil Pól works in a supportive role with parents/guardians complementing your role with a school based programme in RSE both at Junior Cycle and Senior Cycle. As per Scoil Pól policy parents may request to withdraw their child from the RSE programme, should they so wish. Such requests must be communicated, in writing, to the school Principal.

The Scoil Pól RSE policy can be viewed on the Scoil Pol website.

Should you have any questions please contact Catriona O’Dea through the school office.

Thanking You
